FAQs

  • Any age! Dr. Super has adjusted people as young as 4 DAYS old and as experienced as 102 years old!

  • We do not! We are a cash based office, however we keep our prices as affordable as possible. We DO have a sliding scale for any person on Medicare or Medicaid, as well as veterans. This is NOT us working with the insurance, but rather having separate prices for these populations. You can read about why we do not take insurances here:

  • It depends on what your goals are! Initial symptoms should have 80% resolution in 3 to 4 visits! Every body is different and takes a different amount of time to heal, but generally you should be feeling better after the very first visit. Our treatment plans have 3 phases to them:

    1) Pain Relief - once a week for 1 to 2 months

    2) Stabilization, Neuromuscular Rehabilitation, and Continued Pain Relief - every other week for 2 to 4 months

    3) Wellness and Preventative Care - once every month or two

  • During a New Patient Exam the doctor will ask about your current issue, explore your medical history with you, do reflex testing, explain what they want to adjust on your body and why, and then perform the adjustments. Our exams are completely based in communication and consent. If you are ever unsure or feel uncomfortable with what the doctor’s plan of care, please let them know. We will never perform care with out an enthusiastic “Yes!”

Reflex testing are small reactions the body has. This is similar to when a physician taps your knee with a small hammer and your leg kicks out. You have these small reactions throughout your body, and the doctor uses these reflexes to understand what is out of place in your body and what areas need attention.

  • Yes! There are different techniques and tools the doctors can use so there is no cavitation (a.k.a. cracking sounds!) Whether it just causes a reaction, or is a sensory issue, we will absolutely accommodate any reasonable requests for how you would like your appointment to be!

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • A few things to bring would be copies of imaging for the doctor to look over. This can include x-rays, MRIs, reports, or any other types of scans. Please let us know if you have imaging to go over with the doctor, so we can allot for the correct amount of time.

If you are on Medicare, Medicaid, or a veteran, please bring your corresponding card so we can put it in your file!

Besides that, just bring yourself! We are excited to meet you!

  • The most important thing is to be comfortable! We will not do anything you do not consent to! Some visits may include tissue work or stretching, so if you have an area of complaint that you would like the doctor to work on, please be prepared for them to access that area. The easiest clothing choices for the doctor to work with is workout style clothes, but comfort is first and foremost!

  • When you come into our office you will be greeted by our front desk team, Jay and/or Mecanzie! They will have you fill out all of our required paperwork and check you in. You may see other staff like our licensed massage therapists and chiropractors, as well as other patients waiting for their appointments.

When the doctor is ready for you, they will come up front to get you. The next 40+ minutes will be spent with them, until your exam and adjustment are done. They will walk you back up to the front where Jay or Mecanzie will check you out by going over your treatment plan with you, scheduling any future appointments, and taking payment for the day!
